The following changes have been made to Doodle’s Master Service Agreement.

Continued use of the services or products after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the changes.

Changes to MSA effective 1 March 2026.

Clause 7.4 has been amended to include missing text that was omitted in error and now reads:

7.4 Notwithstanding clause 7.3, fees may be increased by Doodle once at any time in each Contract Year by 3% plus the higher rate of 3% or increase in the Retail Prices Index during the preceding 12-month period.
