Master Services Agreement Terms Changes

The following changes have been made to Doodle’s Master Service Agreement.

Continued use of the services or products after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the changes.

Changes to MSA effective 4 February 2025.

Clause 7.2.2 has been changed to include Direct Debit payments as the only method to pay for subscription-based services and now reads:

7.2.2 Payment of all invoices shall be by direct bank transfer and direct debit to the Bank account detailed on Doodle’s invoice or payment card as appropriate. Subscription-based services such as, but not limited to, M365, Domain renewals and recurring hosted services etc will only be payable by direct debit instruction which will be created at the time of order. An administration charge of £20.00 will be applied to the Customer’s account if payment by other means is made and the customer agrees this is a reasonable pre-estimate of the administration cost incurred by Doodle to process such payment methods.
